The NCDC, under the Ministry of Cooperation, implements these schemes. Yuva Sahakar supports youth-led cooperatives, while Swayam Shakti Sahakar focuses on financial services for the poor.

The Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana is implemented under the Samarthya sub-scheme of Mission Shakti. Launched on 1 January 2017, it provides Direct Benefit Transfer assistance to pregnant and lactating mothers. Eligible beneficiaries receive ₹5,000 for the first child and ₹6,000 if the second child is a girl.

The Market Access Support intervention was launched under the Export Promotion Mission. It aims to enhance international market access for Indian exporters, particularly Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and first-time exporters.

PM VIKAS is a Central Sector Scheme launched in 2025 focusing on the socio-economic empowerment of six notified minority communities. It promotes skill development and preserves cultural heritage like traditional arts and manuscripts.

The Palak Mata-Pita Yojana was launched by the Gujarat government in 2009–2010 to support orphaned and abandoned children. The scheme provides monthly financial assistance of ₹3,000 to foster caregivers to ensure family-based upbringing.
